- Scheduler – Customizable More Menu New feature that allows the More Menu item list in the scheduler to be re-ordered.
- Appointment Waiting List – This feature allows the practice to organize patient appointment requests via a waiting list.
- Same-Day Appointment – Notification The new notification pops up when same-day appointments are scheduled.
- Mobile EHR – Sign Queue New feature that allows providers to sign documentation(but not submit claims) on the Mobile EHR App.
- Flexnote Updates
➢ New Presenting Problems field that allows an intuitive way of documenting by using body diagrams.
➢ Auto SALTing(Same as Last Time) is now available on a field level allowing the selected field to be carried over from document to document.
➢ Field value editor can now be expanded, allowing for a paragraph when creating macros.
- Careplan – Visits Left Report – A feature that shows the date last seen, allowing the practice to proactively follow up with the patient.
- XDocs – Restore Deleted Macros This feature allows the user to restore macros that were deleted in error.
Important Notice: Changes to ourFaxing Services Pricing
FAXING PRICE UPDATE
We wanted to let you know that we have made some changes to our faxing service pricing. An email notification was sent last March 24, 2023, indicating these immediate changes; the new price for sending the fax will be $0.19 per page, and we will soon be offering inbound faxing at a rate of $3.99 per month plus $0.11 per page received.
We understand that this may come as a surprise, but we made this decision after careful consideration and analysis of our costs. We believe that these changes will help us continue to provide you with the best possible service and support.
If you have any questions about your existing outbound faxing service or would like to set up the new inbound faxing service, please feel free to schedule a call with our team. MYCLINICMIND PATIENT PORTAL
We are excited to announce that our patient portal, previously known as CareToMe, is being rebranded as MyClinicMind. You can now easily access our new portal on both Google Play Store and Apple Store.

The developer’s production roadmap for March is a plan of action that outlines the tasks and activities that developers plan to undertake during the month. This roadmap may include goals such as launching new features, fixing bugs, or improving the user experience.
MyClinicMind Patient Portal
- Patient Portal Office Display Name Setting allows practices to customize the name displayed in the patient portal, allowing practices to display their practice name.
- Appointment actions in the patient portal can be restricted by the practice. The setting allows practices to remove the patient’s ability to request new appointments, cancellations, or reschedules from the portal.
- QuickNote button is available in the chart summary. This feature allows practitioners to utilize the chart components and the QuickNote feature.
- Doc and Bill Roster Check-in Feature allow practitioners to check in, cancel, and check out appointments from the roster.
- Incoming Fax Queue Practices can subscribe to our Incoming Fax Queue. The new feature will allow practices to receive, review, and import faxes directly into a patient’s chart.
- The ‘Call Patient’ button is now available on the following screens: Task View (patient-related), Home Screen Appointment Details, Scheduler Appointment Details, and Chat.
- See up to 5 subscribed mailboxes on your homepage.
- Patient search is available on the home screen. Allows a user to quickly and simply locate a patient and view pertinent demographic details.
