Chief Growth Officer and Head Practice Management Coach
“Relationships through trust and integrity.”
Reuven has been working in healthcare since he was a teenager. Having worked for medical practices in every administrative capacity as well as coaching over 300 practice owners and their staff, Reuven brings a unique perspective and understanding of the tools and processes that best help ourpractices grow. He is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Masters degree in Applied Psychology focusing on Marriage and Family Therapy. Like the rest of his family, Reuven knows that trust and integrity are critical to building a thriving network of mutually beneficial relationships.
Reuven’s specialty is strategic practice development problem solving and resource allocation utilizing knowledge-based systems. Reuven spent his first 3 years as a paid and volunteer EMT-B in the state of New Jersey with National Board Certification. His research focus was on providing therapy and support for families suffering from alcoholism and drug abuse. With over 1,600 hours of clinical experience, Reuven has developed a clinical understanding of the demands patient care can have on clinicians. He eventually transitioned his work to practice management, focusing on building systems that help clinicians spend more time with their patients and less time – on overhead and administration. In the past 3 years alone, his clients have seen average revenue growth of 186%, patient visit growth of 141%, and patient lifespan increases of 86%.
Reuven has written 4 articles on practice management based on direct experience coaching practice owners:

Reuven is regularly invited to speak at events and webinars for a variety of organizations and specialties, with a focus on building teamwork and using knowledge-based systems to help give staff both autonomy and purpose. His speaking engagements have placed him in front of diverse audiences, from Chiropractors to Psychiatrists, as well as all levels of office staff. His passion is to discover the deepest frustrations and concerns that offices struggle with that keep them from developing a scalable practice to help thousands of patients on a regular basis.
When not coaching practices and travelling, Reuven can be found in Clearwater, Florida at the beach or on a climbing wall with his girlfriend Theresa and their 1 year old golden retriever Chase (who does not climb yet).
